Citrus fruits and juices are a crucial source of bioactive compounds including antioxidant like vitamin C, flavonoids, phenolic compounds and pectins and dietary fibre that are important to human health and nutrition. Flavanon, flavons and flavonons are three type of flavonoids which occur in citrus fruits especially in lemon,orange and musambi .Orange and musambi were collected from Ghatal(Local market), PaschimMedinipur, West Bengal, India.The present study was carried out to investigate the more potent antioxidative and reducing sugar property present among two portion(raw extract and residue extract) of orange and musambi locally available in the market.Orange and musambi were bring from local market and juice was extracted and separate juice and extract in two separate petridish.
